In one of the most surprising results shows in the history of “Dancing with the Stars,” co-hosts Tom Bergeron and Samantha Harris were eliminated from the program Tuesday. “We have to go with what the audience wants, and the audience has enough of Tom and Samantha,” said ABC president Stephen McPherson.
